Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family company in the Northern Italy's largest industrial location. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
In the year 1963, the business started crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently manufactures and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are designed and engineered for various uses and there are available units that can cover all construction requirements.
Some units provide really flexible lifting options for companies that are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both really adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specially designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated near each other.
